Our website offers the option to contact us through a contact form. The privacy policy below applies to the use of that form. We respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal data seriously.
01 Which data and why
- We use your data solely to process your request and to communicate with you.
- We only collect the data you provide yourself through the contact form (such as name, contact details and your question).
02 Sharing with third parties
- We do not pass your data on to third parties, unless this is necessary to process your request.
03 Storage and security
- Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union.
- We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, theft and unauthorised access.
04 Your rights
- You have the right to request, correct or have your data deleted.

Who sees what. The buyer sees the seller's name and place of residence. Nobody sees the other person's e-mail address, telephone number or address: we hide them, even when they appear in a message. GePe Biljarts sees all conversations. DAC7 data go only to the FPS Finance.
Automatic filter. Software automatically hides e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and links in messages. No decision about you results from it.
How long we keep data
- Listings, conversations and buyer forms: up to 12 months after the listing was sold, expired or deleted. Longer only in the event of an ongoing dispute.
- Proof of your agreement: as long as your agreement runs, and after that as long as a commission can still be claimed.
- Commission invoices and DAC7 data: 10 years (legal obligation).
Spam protection. The forms use Google reCAPTCHA to keep out spam and bots. In the process, technical data (such as your IP address and how you use the page) go to Google, including in the United States, on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse.
Your rights. You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to the reading along or to processing based on our legitimate interest, and lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be). To do so, use the form at www.gepe-biljarts.be/contactus. Erasure is not possible for what we are legally required to keep.
